Why Dr. Ruchlin?
Dr. Barry A. Ruchlin is a University trained Orthodontist and active member of the American Association of Orthodontists. His education consisted of four years of Dental school where he graduated with honors. He further spent two years of intensive University orthodontic training, where he graduated at the top of his class again with honors. Since completing his Post-Doctoral work, he has taken numerous continuing education courses to stay abreast of the latest developments in the specialty of orthodontics. He has been an Associate Clinical Professor in the Orthodontic Dept. at SUNY at Buffalo since 1995. He is in the exclusive practice of diagnosing and correcting abnormally aligned or malpositioned teeth and their supporting structure. For over 20 years he has been actively involved in researching, diagnosing and succesfully treating patients with temporomandibular joint dysfunction. He has become widely recognized inside and outside the profession of his expertise in this field. He is not to be confused with any other type of Dentist who may legally be able to treat orthodontic patients; but who doesn't have the intense specialized training and/or experience an Orthodontist has. Should you be confused with the difference, the office manager or Dr. Ruchlin will be glad to explain. Proper and appropriate treatment of his patients is his main concern. |
